At Jain Metal Group, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Plastic recycling is an extension of this vision, transforming by-products into valuable resources for diverse industries.

As part of our lead and copper recycling processes, plastic is recovered in the form of PPCP chips and PVC grind. Instead of being disposed of as waste, these materials are processed into high-quality plastic granules (PPCP and PVC). This not only reduces environmental impact but also creates a commercially viable product stream, without dependence on external raw materials.

Our Products

PPCP granules

Recovered from battery casing and other polypropylene components during recycling. The material is:

Crushing and Washing : Crushed to reduce size and washed multiple times to remove dust and lead traces.
Segregation and Drying : Passed through floating tanks to remove impurities, dried, and segregated to ensure consistency in quality
Magnetic Separation, Extruding and Pelletizing : Remove ferrous particles, extruded into noodles, and pelletized to form uniform PPCP granules ready for industrial use
Testing, Packing, and Dispatch : Tested for quality before packing & dispatching

PVC granules

Derived from the copper cable granulation process and other PVC-based scrap generated during copper recycling. The material is:

Washing & Segregation : Washed multiple times and then separated from polyethylene
Drying, Magnetic Separation : PVC grind is dried and conveyed through a magnetic separator to remove any iron particles
Processing in a friction machine : Processed in friction machines to form lumps
Extruding and Pelletizing : Extruded into noodles and pelletized to produce high-quality PVC granules with strong reusability
Testing, Packing, and Dispatch : Tested for quality before packing & dispatching
